At Two Dog Farm we strive to be good stewards of the land, and never use chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides on our crops. Instead, we fertilize with compost and cover crops, practice crop rotation and produce healthy plants which are naturally more resistant to pests. These practices, as well as your decision to buy food locally, reduce the fossil fuel needed to get dinner on your table.
Our vegetables can be purchased by the share as part of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, at our farm stand, or at the following Farmers Markets: Rutland County Farmers Market in the summer, the Rutland Winter Farmers Market and Dorset Farmers Market.
